These terms govern the Shelley Construction Project Notifications SMS program. By providing your mobile number to Shelley Construction LLC ("Shelley Construction," "we," "us") in person, on our contact form, on a contract or work order, or by any other means, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
The Shelley Construction Project Notifications program sends transactional and informational text messages related to your project, including:
- Estimate status and approvals
- Appointment and crew-arrival reminders
- Schedule changes and weather delays
- Change-order requests
- Invoice notifications and payment receipts
- Permit, inspection, and project-completion updates
- Direct two-way conversation with your project manager
This program does not include marketing or promotional content.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on project activity. You may receive multiple messages on active project days and few or none between phases.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Shelley Construction does not charge for sending or receiving these messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out
You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and we will unsubscribe you from this program. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; you will not receive any further texts unless you re-enroll.

Privacy
Your mobile number and the contents of your messages with us are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder of (or have permission to use) the mobile number you provide.
